The holiday house is generously laid out: around 120 m² of living space with an integrated garage and room for up to six people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking – right down to spices and oil, so you do not have to go shopping on arrival day.

The spacious living room with a soft lounge sofa and large dining table is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or in the mountains. From the balcony you enjoy unobstructed views of the Silvretta range.

Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (one with balcony access), a freshly renovated bathroom with power shower and two toilets offer plenty of space and privacy for families and two couples alike. The basement holds a washing machine, dryer and ski room.

Location

The property is located in the Außergant/Gortipohl district of St. Gallenkirch. The Garfrescha cable car (Silvretta Montafon ski area, summer hiking) is about 600 m away – an 8-minute walk. The Valisera cable car is 2 km away and quickly reached by car or free ski bus. The nearest supermarket and the bus stop are 400 m away.

Getting here

  • 🚗By car: A14 motorway to exit Bludenz-Montafon, then L188 via Schruns to St. Gallenkirch-Gortipohl (approx. 20 min from the motorway). Parking at the house.
  • 🚆By train & bus: ÖBB to Bludenz, Montafonerbahn to Schruns, Landbus 650 to Gortipohl – the bus stop is 400 m from the house.
  • ✈️By plane: Zurich (approx. 2 h), Friedrichshafen (1½ h), Memmingen (1¾ h), Innsbruck (2 h).
