The Maisäß tour links the Golm valley station in Latschau with the Matschwitz middle station (1,500 m) and the Maisäß settlements above – timber huts, maple trees and views of the Drei Türme and Sulzfluh. Around 24 km and 850 m of ascent on forest roads and tarmac, moderate; by e-bike a pleasure loop that combines well with the Alpine Coaster or a stop at the Berghof Golm or Restaurant Grüneck.

Foreign travel guides highlight the Maisäß settlements as a Montafon speciality: the middle level of the three-level farming system between valley and alp. 15 minutes’ drive to Latschau.
