6 km mountain cart descent from the Schafberg cable car top station into the valley – Vorarlberg's longest run.

On a mountain cart – a three-wheeled downhill kart with disc brakes – you roll 6 km down the forest road from the Schafberg top station to Gargellen, leisurely or fast depending on your braking hand. Helmets are compulsory and included. Children from 10 years and 140 cm may ride alone (accompanied by an adult); smaller children ride along in a double cart. Carts are issued and reserved at the top station.

💡 Tips & refreshments

Reserve online in advance (shop.bergbahnen-gargellen.at), especially in the holidays. Sturdy shoes, gloves. Limited operation in wet weather.
