„Partenen - Innerbofa“ is a easy circular hike in the Montafon. Start and finish are the same, so you return to your car or bus stop without any shuttle.

The route measures 2.9 km, with 123 m of ascent, pure walking time is around 56 minutes. The highest point is at 1,158 m, the lowest at 1,040 m.

The starting point is reached by cable car – in summer the ride is included with the Freizeit-WildPass (summer multi-day pass), otherwise a lift ticket is needed; the free Montafon guest card only gives a discount.

The route leads via Alpinhotel Zerres - Restaurant, 15. Gerhard Blaas, 2. Apart Alte Post (Elke Tschofen), 12. Sport Stöckl (Ulli Stöckl), 3. Pension Christophorus (Angelika Lechleitner), 13. Helene Wakolbinger (bei Hotel Hubertusklause), 1. Elfi Ganahl and 1. Hotel Sonne and back to the starting point.

Start early – summer afternoons often bring thunderstorms. Carry enough water; many huts are only open from late June to late September.

From the holiday house in St. Gallenkirch the starting point is easy to reach by Landbus (stop 400 m away) or car – see the travel notes.

Landbus 650 to Partenen (terminus), Tafamunt and Vermunt cable cars a 5-minute walk; approx. 20 min from St. Gallenkirch.
