Wellness & sauna: Val Blu, Aquarena and hotel spas with day passes

For a rest day: the region's largest public sauna world is at the Val Blu in Bludenz (several saunas, steam bath, outdoor area; from age 16). The Aquarena in St. Gallenkirch has a sauna area right by the pool. Many four-star hotels in the Montafon open their spas in the afternoon to non-residents with a day pass (e.g. in Schruns, Gaschurn and Gargellen) – please phone ahead, as arrangements change seasonally. We are happy to give you current recommendations on arrival.
