Berggasthof Grabs

The Berggasthof Grabs lies at around 1,400 m on the Grabs pasture above Latschau, at the foot of the Tschaggunser Mittagsspitze – a spot with a wide view over the Montafon and, in the evening, sunset from the terrace. The house is restaurant and small guesthouse in one: panorama restaurant, fireside room, sun terrace plus double and triple rooms and apartments. The cooking is regional and seasonal with changing daily menus for guesthouse residents; Franziska Fleischer and Christoph Ruppitsch run the inn until the end of the 2026 summer season, and from winter 2026/27, according to the operator's website, Magdalena and Jan take over, then also with half board. In winter the Grabs toboggan run starts here down into the Gauertal (toboggan hire on site), and ski tourers use the inn as a starting point.

Grabs can be reached by car – from Latschau via the Ziegerbergstraße and the Grabsweg, with compulsory snow chains in winter; parking at the house for a small fee. From our house allow about 15 minutes' drive to Latschau. From the inn you reach the Tilisunahütte in 3 hours, and the Bitschweil sun terrace lies halfway back down to Tschagguns. Summer 2026 until 13 September, Thursday to Tuesday 11 am – 9 pm, closed Wednesdays; winter Thursday to Monday.
