Partnunblick via ferrata

The sporty continuation of the family route: vertical passages and short overhangs (C/D) high above Lake Partnun.

Above the family via ferrata, the Partnunblick sport variant climbs the steep parts of the Gemstobel wall: vertical passages, short overhanging sections and airy traverses, graded C/D. English-language portals speak of “Graubünden wire ropes with a lake view” and recommend doing the family route first as a warm-up. Strength, stamina and confident clipping are prerequisites.

The starting point is the Tilisunahütte (2,211 m); the whole undertaking with approach and descent takes around 4 to 5 hours. Exit via the normal route back to the hut, from where you can continue to the Sulzfluh or return to the Golm.

💡 Tips & refreshments

Gloves and helmet; not in wet conditions. An early start from the hut avoids the heat in the south face.

Montafonerbahn to Tschagguns or Landbus 650/651, stop Tschagguns Zelfen.
