The Gauertaler AlpkulTour is one of three Montafon trails with the Austrian hiking quality seal. It leads from Latschau through the Gauertal – past Maisäß settlements, the Spora alps and art installations explaining the Montafon’s three-level farming – to the Lindauer Hütte (1,744 m) and via the Latschätzer trail to the Golm cable car. Around 11 km, 4 hours, moderate; with cable car and bus it can be done in both directions and shortened.

Dutch and English travel reports describe the tour as “culture and nature hike in one”: maple meadows and barns below, the limestone walls of the Drei Türme and Sulzfluh above. Refreshments at the Lindauer Hütte or the Latschätz alp.
