Hasahüsli

Rustic mountain inn of the Meidl family in the upper Silbertal (approx. 1,150 m), an hour's walk from Silbertal: big terrace, bike service – closed Wed/Thu.

all year

The Hasahüsli lies at around 1,150 m in the upper Silbertal, about 600 m further up the valley from the Fellimännle – also at the end of the Litzbach adventure trail. Elmar and Elke Meidl built it themselves between 1985 and 1989, originally intended as a mountain house; after years of leasing it out, the family has run it again since 2008, today with Patrick Meidl. Their own description "rustic mountain inn" fits: a dining room, bar and a large terrace. Practical details speak for themselves: changing table and nursing bench for families, tumble dryer and hairdryer for soaked mountain bikers, a Bosch charging station for e-bikes. A holiday house is available to rent.

You reach the Hasahüsli only on foot or by bike: from Silbertal (car park at the Kristbergbahn valley station, bus 680) along the Litzbach adventure trail in about an hour, or from the Kristbergbahn top station through the Wasserstubental in about 2½ hours. From our house allow about 35 minutes to Silbertal (bus 650 to Schruns, then 680). Season 2026: 4 June – 31 October, 11 am – 4.30 pm, closed Wednesdays and Thursdays; during peak holiday periods different hours apply and are posted on the homepage.
