Aktivpark Montafon

The Aktivpark Montafon lies on the valley floor on the Montafonerstraße between Schruns and Tschagguns and brings together almost all the valley’s sports facilities. In summer the Alpenbad Montafon is the centrepiece – natural bathing pond, 50 m lanes, diving rock and sports pool, open in 2026 from 22 May to 6 September, 9.00–19.00, until 20.00 in June, July and August. Next to it the adventure forest with hanging bridges, zip line, slides and barbecue area, seven clay courts of the Tennisclub Montafon, beach volleyball and football pitches, padel since 2026, and right next door the 9-hole course of the Golfclub Montafon. In rain and during the holidays the Erlebnisreich moves into the Aktivpark tent: XL bouncy castle, human table football, trampolines, ninja course, mini cars and a 100 m² boat pond for 3- to 12-year-olds (11 July to 30 August 2026, 11.00–18.00, €7 per child, accompanying adults free).

In winter the same tent becomes a covered artificial ice rink: skating from 23 October 2026 (€5.30, skate hire €4.70), ice disco and curling-style Eisstockschießen by reservation (€37 per lane for 90 minutes). With the Montafon guest card you get around 25 % off at the Alpenbad and 10 % off skating and Eisstockschießen. From our house it is 14 minutes by car (large free car park) or bus 670 to the Aktivpark stop; the Tschagguns station of the Montafonerbahn is a 10-minute walk away.
