Seebliga is the newest winter trail in the Silvretta Montafon and closes a gap on the Hochjoch: it starts at Kapell, the top station of the Hochjoch Bahn from Schruns, by the Kapellrestaurant at 1,850 m, and runs along the edge of the pistes across to the top station of the Kapell Bahn coming up from the Silbertal; you return the same way. 2.6 km, 127 m of ascent, about an hour and a quarter, between 1,729 and 1,855 m. The trail is easy but runs inside the ski area – skiers have priority, and the operator recommends spikes and poles. For the really big all-round view, continue from Kapell on the Panorama Bahn up to 2,375 m.

The obvious combination: Seebliga out, switch at the Kapell Bahn top station to the Innerkapell winter trail, come back and stop on the Kapellrestaurant terrace before the Hochjoch Bahn takes you down to Schruns. The trail is tied to lift operation (winter 2026/27: 28 November 2026 to 11 April 2027, pedestrian "ascent & descent" ticket). From our house: bus 650 to Schruns, with the Hochjoch Bahn a 5-minute walk from the station; alternatively bus 680 into the Silbertal and up on the Kapell Bahn.
